Full name
- Nationality
- Email address
- Phone number
- Stay dates and number of guests
- Personal preferences (birthdays, events, etc.)
- Communication history (WhatsApp, email, forms)
- Operational information related to your stay (check-in/out, requests, reviews)
- Payment information processed exclusively by certified third parties (see Section 5)
- Purpose of Data Processing
Your data is used for the following purposes:
- To confirm and manage your reservation
- To provide personalized services (concierge, chefs, transportation, celebrations, etc.)
- To coordinate access, security, and cleaning
- To comply with legal, fiscal, or contractual obligations
- To send promotions, events, or exclusive benefits (only if you authorize it)
- To continuously improve our guest experience
- Use of External Platforms and Payment Security
The Partner Group does not store bank or credit card information.
All payments are processed through certified gateways (such as Stripe, PayPal, Airbnb, Booking) that comply with international standards like PCI-DSS, ensuring secure transactions.
- Data Sharing
Your data will never be sold. It may be shared only with:
Internal staff (concierge, cleaning, security, maintenance)
- Service providers essential to your stay (drivers, chefs, florists, etc.)
- Platforms used for booking or payment
- Competent authorities, only if legally required
All third parties we work with are subject to confidentiality agreements and data protection compliance.

You may exercise your rights to:

- Cancel your consent or account
- Object to the use of your data

You may also request to update or correct your information at any time if it is outdated or incomplete.

- Guest Identification and Verification
All guests must present a valid official ID at check-in. We reserve the right of admission if this requirement is not met.
- Governing Language
In case of any discrepancy between versions in different languages, the Spanish version will prevail as the legally binding document.
- Data Retention and Deletion
Your data will be retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned or as required by law. Afterwards, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
- Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be communicated through our website and will include the corresponding update date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The Partner Group offers a clear cancellation policy to protect both our guests and our properties:
- Full Refund (100%)
The guest is eligible for a full refund if:
- The cancellation is made within 48 hours of booking, and
- There are more than 30 days before the arrival date
- Partial Refund (50%)
The guest will receive 50% of the value of the nights if:
- The cancellation is made between 7 and 30 days prior to the arrival date
- No Refund
No refund will be issued if:
- The cancellation is made less than 7 days before the arrival date

Cancellations must be sent by email to:

We will process your request in accordance with this policy and issue any applicable refund within 10 business days, using the original payment method.
- Cancellations via External Platforms
Reservations made through Airbnb, Booking.com, or other platforms are subject to their own cancellation policies, which must be reviewed directly on those platforms.
